• us offline or through any other means, including on any other unrelated website operated by Company or any third party; or 

• any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website.

• Name, qualifications, identification number for our personnel, work and home contact details (email address, phone numbers, physical address), gender, date of birth, passport number, PAN Card, marital status, business details, and emergency contact information. Information that you post or provide to us such as feedback or recommendations or opinions related to our services. Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us. Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes. 
• Amazon Account Information: Upon registering for an account on our platform and integrating it with your Amazon account, we gain access to certain Amazon account information and business data. This integration enables us to retrieve relevant details such as product listings, sales data, and advertising metrics. We utilize this information solely to provide tailored support, optimize your campaigns, and improve the services offered under this Agreement. All data accessed is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our commitment to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality.
• Special Categories of Personal Information: We do not collect any special categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data).
• Financial details (Like bank details), tax information, or billing preferences must be accurately provided and kept up-to-date to ensure seamless transactions and compliance with applicable laws.
• We may provide the option to log in to our website using your credentials from third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or other similar services. By doing so, you authorize us to access specific information associated with your account on these platforms, such as your name, email address, and public profile, as permitted by the platform’s terms and your privacy settings. Additionally, if you choose to engage with our website through social media platforms, such as sharing content or linking your account, we may receive certain information from these platforms, including details about your public profile, connections, and interactions. The information we access depends on your privacy settings on the respective platform and the permissions you grant us. • Aadhaar information: You may provide your Aadhaar details for identification purposes. Please note that it is not mandatory for you to do so, and you may give other identification documents such as a PAN card, passport, or driving license. However, we may require your Aadhaar information to comply with applicable law requirements. We shall inform you when such collection is mandatory.
• Any other Information that is collected pursuant to our contractual relations with service providers or clients while providing services or during onboarding.

Deletion requests will only be considered in accordance with applicable data retention regulations.
